Apple Safari TP 185 added support for a *proposed* `switch` attribute.

Early reports suggest it is ok (insofar as switches are ever ok):

But remember — this is not in the spec yet.

Also, if you need an indeterminate state then `switch` (role or attribute) is still not a fit.
