FWIW I think Microsoft will make serious $ from Copilot for Office (or whatever the hell it's called today) as the features to sum up Teams chats and write meeting summaries from verbal discussions is great..
but lots of the other things they're building are pretty clearly MSFT staff members doing this, which is absolutely on the SLT and culture (also, MS aren't alone in this - every Webex with software vendors is a facepalm now)
