i say "Trump is not a tactical genius" you have to be a fucking moron to even try this. everyone who is not understands that seizing control of the Panama Canal would get the US nothing and cost us an insane amount of resources. that's why other US presidents haven't done it. it's not out of the kindness of their hearts, it's because there is no point.
