I don’t know when it started, but getting quality customer support is nearly impossible these days. Most companies (especially tech- or app-focused companies) try so hard to reduce the ability to contact them or converse with them. Documentation is cool but it’s even better if the company’s goal isn’t to obfuscate customer support channels. I don’t have a lot of faith this will improve. Support is an afterthought.
