Hard boil your eggs and peel, and then I roll out my ground breakfast sausage. I'll do a cling wrap envelope and get a nice consistent thickness, then I'll chill so it's easier to work with. Then just take a portion and wrap the egg and smooth it out and then roll in breadcrumbs. Then I just fry until golden!
