I'd certainly read a blog on this topic, I find it very compelling. Finding real-world uses for VR outside of gaming has been hard, so having someone who finds benefit and value in VR telling their story would be excellent. (A blog would have a much longer life than Mastodon posts.)
Of course, as examples, I think a video capture of your PoV would help a lot to make the VR concept and use cases more understandable to non-gamers.
