It's so emblematic of Trump the Moron that he's ranting about the Panama Canal now, when the canal is literally dying and within a short span of years may well be relatively useless. A massive drought caused by climate change has lowered water levels so much that far fewer ships can use it now, and the canal is so narrow and shallow in modern terms that many new large cargo vessels can't use it in the first place. It's rapidly becoming a useless relic of another age, like Trump himself.
