The races on my ballot in Seattle, and in Washington state all went the way I had hoped. A great election around here that encourages me about the intentions of the in the city and State I call home. To wake up and see that so much of the rest of the country disagrees is devastating. I really don’t feel like this is my country, and doesn’t feel like we are one country.
