Anyone doing this at longer races (trail) with their watches (a garmin fenix here): disable auto lap and use the lap button to time the sections between aid stations, but then also the aid stations itself (that is press the lap button when arriving at and leaving from an aid station). The “laps” (times and other data) generated by this can then easily be associated to the running sections and the aid stations. What “watch strategies” do you use during longer trail races? #running #trailrunning
