My parents bought a WOLF-Garten LT 25 eM e-multi-star trimmer and ran out of trimming wire.
Local shop couldn't help them (stopped selling them).
I've so far checked the manual, official website, and employed my google-fu to find the type of spool I need to order. Because they seem to have a bazillion of different types. (sign of bad engineering, I tell you)
After 30 minutes I gave up and mailed their helpdesk. JFC
