4. Leslie was the last person (three other people saw the queue and just went home I think) and she had a new laptop and an old one that she wanted to "clear all the emails off of" She uses gmail so this was basically as simple as going to All Mail, selecting all the mail, and deleting it all. If course, it happens over time, not all at once (140K "conversations") so she had to trust me that it would work. I showed her how to do it again if it didn't work.
