when pasting? There is this thing where it asks you for permission if an app accesses the clipboard directly (without a preceding user interaction). But that shouldn’t trigger if you explicitly paste something. Maybe the app handles paste in some way that is not recognized by whatever heuristic that tries to recognize “paste” commands.
