It might just be me, but I find the Chapter IV of the Cyber Resilience Act awfully confusing.
We have notified bodies, notifying authorities, and conformity assessment bodies, but it seems that the terminology is mixed up quite often.
For instance, Article 39's title is "Requirements related to *notified bodies*", but the Article only speaks of requirements for conformity assessment bodies. So are notified bodies and conformity assessment bodies the same?
Any help here?
