Managed a trip to the Apple Store yesterday to have my nearly four year old iPhone 12's battery replaced (under AppleCare +). It's scratched and dented but still super-reliable; figure I'll try to get another 12 months out of it before I replace it altogether, regardless of the 16's pending introduction.
