My position based on nothing more than your tweet and what little I know about boogie: I do think that he is genuinely like 80-90 IQ. He would not think to have something like activated charcoal around his house as an emergency measure while also being dumb enough to drink on his script which counter-indicates it. Everything I've ever seen from him has been reactive instead of proactive. I also say this because activated charcoal is really only going to neutralize some drugs still in his GI tract. The charcoal does nothing significant to ingested alcohol, mind you. The supposed double injestion might take 3 forms: 1. Taking his pills and then getting intentionally drunk a few hours later knowing it could hurt him; this would render the charcoal ineffective (so nobody would do it other than to self-harm or feign retardation in a very immediate, possibly life threatening way. I don't believe fatties who eat for self-harm for years without any real attempt to kill themselves are capable of). 2. He took them at the same time (literal suicide attempt, would not fly with youtube, obviously unmonetizable for the pod to fake and also would get taken down if real). 3 Got drunk then took the drug purely by accident (if he's smart enough to know that charcoal is good for mitigating the absorption of the drug, he'd at least know enough about the drug to know what you can't take with this. Again I submit my #1 point that I don't believe that he's capable of any immediate self-harm or pain.)
I posit the much simpler hypothesis: Activated charcoal being eaten is an extremely visible, camera friendly thing and their podcast/livestream/video could use more viewers.
I believe: Keem or Boogie or whatever make another plot point out of Boogie being down bad because the entire podcast's interest has been on making nothing burgers into episodes when they don't have guests and nobody listens when it's just the fat guy who used to be relevant lolcow podcast.
