I have been practicing inflection changes and "lilt" while I talk- Making my voice go up and down more and be less monotone, more expressive.

I've watched a couple videos on it and I've been trying to imitate that. It's very hard because what I find is that the sound of my voice when I do that feels more natural but also makes me feel self hatred, because it sounds exactly like what every single person I was around when I grew up told me was "whining."

Holy hell does that make me want go back home and enter my "bloody murderous rampage" arc.
