Wondered if there was much of an ultra running community on here? Signed up for my first race to ‘celebrate’ turning 50 next year (75km - The Lap, September ‘24).
I’m after training tips and race day dos & don’ts & nutrition/fuelling advice… Motivation not currently a problem, I’m hugely excited!
