I never had cats growing up, then a had a shitty girlfriend who had great cats she never played with ever, now I have 2 cats and they are awesome I love how they just randomly appear in places. Kitties are great pets what an experience having 2 toddlers that can climb. Love every minute of it. I got super lucky and ended up with 2 great cats with great personalities. They are both gentle and sweet, they don't wreck stuff just to wreck stuff, they like to hang out and play and never flip out and hiss and bite. I hear horror stories about being getting terrible cats, granted it could be how they are interacting with the cat but some cats can just be assholes they hate pets, playing, and break everything they feel like breaking. Downside is both are smart and the little one taught the big one how to open cupboards and that you can jump onto the dresser if you just knock over everything on it. Teddy never did that until Izzy did and now I have 2 cats that like to go up there because well why not they're cats.",
