No fun to hike a beach with vehicles. I would be OK with it in limited areas primarily for those unable to hike. On some of our tourist-heavy beaches up here (Ocean Shores, Long Beach) the crazies not occasionally drive like maniacs, even running down gulls, shorebirds, eagles. Fortunately the latter is rare.",
