My path into radio. This may take several posts.
It began when I was 14 years old, my mother was at the home of a neighborhood friend. I decided to walk across the street because I wanted to spend the night at a friends house and needed her permission. Upon entering the neighbors home I noticed a two way radio base station, a telephone and a police scanner on a desk in the kitchen. After a few moments I heard police talking on the scanner and was I was immediately intrigued.
