In the 1960's many American males left for Canada to escape the Draft. Canada's gubmint didn't stop it but the citizens complained about loss of jobs, rentals, etc due to the Americans.

I wonder if all those celebrities who hate Trump will run to Canada if he is re-elected. Sorry, off topic.
