Today's obnoxious vendor MSA requires the customer to indemnify the vendor against against any and all third party claims arising from content made available to the customer by the vendor.
(I think this may be incompetence rather than intent, judging by the overall quality of the MSA, but nonetheless that's what the words on the page say)
