Thanks for the suggestion! It really is frustrating. I contacted them through Facebook, but I will send an email as well. It's not about the £5! it's about the principle and misleading policy! And all of this because Boots decided to change my appointment. When I called them back, they said it was due to being understaffed. I’ve wasted half of my day dealing with this. 😡
