There's always something so nice when you're greeted by a delivery person that tells you who they are each time. We have a postwoman here called Caroline who always says 'Hello Mr Louis it's Caroline, got a package for you today.'
Very attentive and accommodating.
She actually helped me find a cab once, when he was parked up the road and I was standing at the other end. Saw I was obviously waiting, so took me to the cab.
