So it turns out that the "rule" disallowing CNN's hapless debate stooges from challenging even the most blatant lies was a directive from the bosses.

What they did was the antithesis of journalism. Journalists don't just serve up their questions and then offer oh-so-polite thanks to the person whose answers are lie-filled sewage.

CNN didn't want to be a target, understandably. But its pathetic performance, Biden's ineptness aside, was DESIGNED to help Trump.

I loathe CNN for this.
