As a health coach it’s plain to see how far gone we are as a species, for example if I decide to share with people that bbqing or smoking food greatly reduces its nutritional content they’re always mad rather than grateful for the information. I can’t help anyone bc they don’t wish to be supported in improving their level of health,, they just want to be enabled in their food addictions.
