amazing base garlic sauce very simple definitely play around with herbs or yogurt

Great with any type of meat and a must have at bbq

200gr creme fraiche
60gr Mayonaise (home made ideally)
3-4 cloves of garlic
2tbps lemon juice
1tbpw sugar
25gr parsley
20gr chives

1. In a bowl mix sugar and lemon juice
2. Add pressed garlic
3. Add all other ingredients and mix
4. Salt and peper to taste add garlic if needed
