My default is Midjourney to create the images... I find it to be the most robust and reacts well to extremely specific prompting. In addition, it allows for 'inpainting' which allows you to select specific areas to 'redo' as well as create slight or extreme variations of an image amongst a lot more. But it is prude and averse to nudity.
Recently, my go-to upscaler (Magnific) has also introduced image generation, which is more 'liberal'... I like it, but the artistic quality is not there.
