I was trying to buy some plane tickets online yesterday. I fly about once a month for work. Same card, same airline. For the first time in two years the transaction did not go through. No tickets were purchased. After a half an hour on the phone with the airline and bank each, MY bank is sitting on $900 of MY money for three days. I time my airfare purchases very carefully to ensure the lowest price. This delay is going to cost me more money.
I was so mad when I got off the phone with the bank I smash bought some bitcoin without looking at the price.
