* On a U.S. constitutional level, requiring a governmental institution to provide the Bible in these numbers (no mention of other religions' texts?) sounds like it should be a clear 1st Amendment violation. Unless advocates are going to try and bring this before a conservative Supreme Court to try and overturn the precedent that these constitutional protections apply at the state level.
