At central banks account you have the same amount of value, but with a higher interest rate, but this is now digital Euro, #CBDC.

You can use them tonpay taxes at lower rates.
You can spend only a certain amount of it per month, or with some other specific or programmability.

The ones that will still use Commercial banks will have higher expenses and taxations.

Another way is to declare and "emergency" time, they'll just "confiscate" part giving you a nominal interest that is much much lower the inflation you'll incurr in the next years.
