Officially day 2 of #loa and I filled it with many great things. I started the day with some stretching, followed by a brutally cold walk of my #dogstr, Chicken. After arriving home I enjoyed a latte and then got down to business with a couple workouts and more stretching.
After that I went and hung out with another great dogstr, Greta, and picked up the book “The Comfort Crisis” from her dad. Then I got a chance to meet the son of the great
plebiANON (npub13q8…6vpv), followed by a round of sim golf, and wrapped it up with #discgolf putting league.
Fantastic day today and looking forward to a productive and healthy day tomorrow as well.
