Thank you. I would think you would believe so. I was lucky. When something is on the market here it takes a couple of days before it's sold. This is a small ocean village. Only wealthy people live here. So to get an apartment 10 minutes from beach is only possible in Spain and maybe Portugal. I already gotten several letters asking if I want to sell.
