You can’t say Europe is united if half of it wants more sanctions on Russia, and half wants less. Half wants more production in EU, half wants more imports from China. Half wants more spending on defense, half wants less.
That’s the very fundamental problem here that US is trying to relay to us in not very gentle words. And it seems to be working, because experts have been saying this for a decade, but it didn’t resonate.
Either we actually yes, do unite, or we will lose. But so far we have been unable to prevent and stop the war in 2014 and 2022 specifically because we aren’t united.
