Excited by the new Firefox feature that will enable people to integrate AI chatbots into the web browsing experience if they choose:
- people must choose to authenticate and add a chatbot, so it's opt-in rather than opt-out
- it gives people local AI model options that aren't a privacy risk
- it can be used as a platform for community science auditing / testing / red teaming of generative AI models, which would be very cool
