An example of why I use fedi less and less. More and more folks don't post sources, and if you ask them you're marked as a "sealion".
They just copy and pasted that crap from somewhere, so maybe if they also share a screenshot and/or a link they won't get "reply guys".
Morons; If your post get a bunch of boosts, then some folks with actual critical thinking skills will see it and ask where you're quoting this from instead of just mindlessly repeating it.
Hassling someone who is asking where that info is will NEVER help you get your point across, nor will clapping each other on the back afterwards. Yes he jumped a little to being rude, but they ignored his reasonable request for the link to source. If you treat someone like they don't matter, that's what you get back. Very privileged position some of these folks are in, that don't feel they have to justify anything they post because the sheep just keep boosting it and that makes them feel good.
Sigh. Maybe today was not their day to have the shared braincell. Just post a bloody link and don't make everyone else do work to verify whatever you're blathering. I can't help but feel it is deliberate though.
