1) Those are the biggest accounts.
2) Everyone who is onboarded follows them because that's where something is going on.
3) Newbies feed all full of that stuff.
4) If they post about something else, no reponse because nobody follows them and therefore nobody sees their post.
5) Newbies bored.
6) Newbies leave.
