The framework in question is Leptos, https://github.com/leptos-rs/leptos. I read most of the associated book in a couple of hours this morning. On a second attempt on my personal laptop I got the starter project full working as well as my project specific rust analyzer settings to be able to set `cfg` as needed in neovim. I am particularly interested in using it with axum for this dev tool I have in mind.
