#GM and #Welcome from #Australia, this #AUStrich has been on the carnivore journey for about a year now and it is amazing! People around me said it was dangerous but the times I've slipped and eaten garbage, they can see the difference, inflammation levels sky-rocket and my mood is less than ideal. When I'm on the beef, butter, bacon and eggs everything just balances out and I get my mobility back to 100%
