making demands at all seems like a mistake. Take over campuses. Demand nothing, run your own university, don't pay tuition.
Universities gonna misuse their endowments? Fuck em and don't give them any more money or let them have any say over student or community life. Let the administration make offers to the students, then tell them no because there is nothing that they can conceive of doing that will be just.
