Even if we accept that the #BodyMassIndex is not a direct correlation for #health, it is particularly noticeable that the three countries where BMI rates are worsening are (what we might call) anglo-saxon socities...
So the Q. might be what exactly is it about these countries that causes this particular trend?
Two trends in the UK stand-out... an expansion of dependence on (cheap) #ultraprocessedfood & cuts to Govt. spending on #nutrition education... my guess is US & Canada would be similar?
