💡In some sense, we are wrangling technologies like ChatGPT to answer questions, but in fact, it only produces what an answer to that question *might look like* - this is how we get hallucinations and made up urls.

The subtle difference between answering questions and producing output that look like answers can be tricky to grasp, but explains why prompting is important.

i.e. "answer this as an expert in the field" produces different output than "answer this as a guy down the pub"
