I have an ex-crush that I like to talk to from time to time.

But every time I even think about them- it kills my mood. It is like a virus on my brain that I can not stop thinking about, and makes me sad/angry.

I did not want to stop talking to them, but I feel like I am running out of options in being able to control my emotions/thoughts.
