There are many ways to
stand up for what you believe in.
If you can:

Go to protests ✊

Make noise and support the causes you believe in. Even if you don't have a sign, even if you don't know anyone there, just adding to the number of the crowd matters.

Support organizations 💚

Donate to the non-profit organizations that matter to you. Any organization will be able to work harder and faster with more funding. This always helps.

Work for the cause 💪

Add your creative work to support the cause. Maybe you code, maybe you draw, maybe you sing, maybe you write! All of this is important and matters. Contribute!

Some say it doesn't matter, but I disagree. Being loud online is now a part of being loud offline. Talking about the causes that matter to you and spreading accurate information on social media is extremely important. Don't do *only* that, but do *at least* that. If it is safe for you to do so.
