Not quite sure where this wood engraving is going - a bit of an experimental piece inspired by the dappled light of Heber's Ghyll on the way up onto Ilkley Moor. First test print.
As I photographed it a chiffchaff, a common summer visitor to the ghyll, explored the garden. This one will probably be off to the Mediterranean or N. Africa in the next few weeks.
