my point perhaps wasn’t clear. I’m saying as a user that’s the best and worst part. Dan’s post is about changing your expectations when posting in the Fediverse. As a user that’s a double edged sword because you are in more control over your own experience, which means you also have the responsibility of cultivating it. There’s (mostly) no one else to do it for you. That’s what I mean when I say it’s the best and worst part.
