Odd considering the Met use facial recognition technology. And they have a clear image of his face. My response.
He could also be seen paying for his food - presumably with a card.
If so, they’ll have access to his bank details. They think if they drag it out long enough we’ll forget about it. That and the Manchester airport thugs.
