As I stated earlier in my short version post, I found out my state long-term home care services were denied. My agency called me and told me in effect that I would be going down to five hours a week. We have two programs here. I now need to decide whether to take the denial through an administrative hearing, which I did last year, and won. My mom is blaming it all on me, and saying we are absolutely going to take it to hearing. Thing is, I have no ability to do the hearing right now, after I just did the other one last year. In fact, the prospect makes me want to get really, really sick, so I can skip the hearing!
