I had a few moments today to try to work out why I can't upload photos from an iOS device to a Libera Forms instance.

Debugging via Safari on iOS requires me to plug it into a (macOS) machine, and view the network information on that machine.

So, I have learned something new today.

But while I know that it is reporting that there is no file, I am no closer to knowing how to solve it.
