For years, I've heard libs discuss funding new programs by reducing waste fraud and abuse. The new spending comes (and with in more waste fraud and abuse), but the savings from reducing those things never comes. Now some is coming and their panties are all in a knot and they see it as the destruction of the country, while at the same time saying how paltry it is.

They are so full of shit and cognitive disconance it's unbelievable.
